WHO IS MYBATUA?

MyBatua's core management team has more than 4 decades of rich experience in the manufacturing of hand-crafted products for the fashion industry. We are the pioneer in the manufacturing of traditional Muslim clothing (Abaya, Kaftan, Thops for Men, Hijaab, Burqa, Niqaab, Jilbab, Khimar etc.), handbags, costume jewellery and other ladies fashion accessories for international markets.

WHAT IS THE AVERAGE PROCESSING/HANDLING & SHIPPING TIME FOR AN ORDER?

All standard orders are processed & delivered within 7-12 working days and all express orders are processed & delivered in 3-8 working days. When we say processed, we are cut, stitch, finish and pack the order. Shipping time is an additional 3-4 working days which is included in the above mentioned period.

ARE THE ITEMS MADE TO ORDER?

Not all but most items are made to order. This facilitates us to customize lengths, sleeve length and special modification requests made by customers. This also helps us maintain zero inventory costs that we pass on to customers.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

We are based in India but we ship worldwide. Our standard shipping is free worldwide above $150 purchase.

All orders are processed & shipped from our India factory.

ARE YOUR GARMENTS SEE THROUGH?

We use heavy & good quality fabrics which are not see through, however with light colours it is always advisable to wear a layer inside. As light colours no matter how heavy they are tends to reflect dark inners.

I SEE A CHARGE ON MY CREDIT CARD, BUT HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY TRACKING NUMBER?

As soon as the order is successfully placed, you receive an order confirmation email your order put in process which takes 2-4 working days in handling & upon completion we dispatch the order & share tracking details with you on email.

WHICH COURIER SERVICES DO YOU USE YOUR SHIP WITH?

We use the express delivery services of DHL, FedEx, Aramex & UPS.

HOW CAN I TRACK MY PACKAGE?

DO I HAVE TO PAY CUSTOMS DUTIES SINCE MY SHIPPING ADDRESS IS OUTSIDE INDIA?

USA orders do not have to pay any duties. Internationally, it depends on your countries custom policy, you may be assessed a duty by your border customs.
